Analyze

The Analyze Phase should provide insights that answer the sponsor’s key issues that the wargame was designed to address. This can be found in your DCMP!
If you organized your Quick-Look Report using this construct, you already have some top-level findings.

The goal of this phase is to sift through all the data collected and find the evidence that underpins key findings and answers the Sponsor’s questions.
